Admission Process

We welcome applications from students who are eager to learn in an Islamic environment that combines religious and academic education. Our admission process is designed to ensure students are placed in the appropriate level based on their age and academic background.

Inquiry

Submit an inquiry through our website, email, or visit the school to learn more about our programs and admission requirements.

Application

Complete the online or paper application form and submit all required documents (see checklist below).

Assessment

Students may be required to take placement tests in core subjects and Arabic (depending on grade level).

Interview

Parents and students (for secondary level) will have an interview with school administration.

Admission Decision

You will receive notification of the admission decision within 2 weeks of completing all steps.

Registration

Complete registration by submitting required fees and finalizing enrollment documents.

Child must be at least 2 years old by September of admission year
Completed application form
Copy of birth certificate
2 passport photographs
Medical report (immunization records)

Medical report (including immunization records)
Previous school report cards (if applicable)
Transfer certificate (for grades 2-6)
Pass placement tests in English and Mathematics

Pass placement tests in English, Mathematics, and Arabic
Interview with student and parents

All requirements for appropriate grade level
Demonstrated ability in Quran recitation
Letter of recommendation from Imam or Quran teacher
Special interview with Hifz program coordinator
Commitment letter from parents
